A perennial favorite of ours for luscious, rich Chardonnay that remains balanced. Steve Hansel has made Kistler-esque Chardonnays (at much more reasonable prices) for 20+ years. Aged in 1/3 each new, 1 year and 2 year French oak barrels. Flinty, with apple blossoms, quince, hazelnut cream and buttered popcorn balanced by a firm, precise spine of acid

This wine is carried on the palate by a vibrant acidity that lithely dances across your tongue, invoking thoughts of fresh-picked strawberries and sweet mousse. The finish is both immensely satisfying and leaves you craving another sip. 

A refreshing and aromatic blend of Alsatian white varietals grown in Oregon, Jezebel Blanc has a floral nose with tropical fruit and white peach flavors. It is co-fermented in a stainless steel tank, with daily lees manipulation during it’s cool fermentation to build mid-palate weight and texture. It is fruitful with a crisp finish.
